Brett Parbery
Brett Parbery is one of Australia’s top Dressage Riders. He started his ridden career as a bronc rider, becoming one of top 20 riders competing nationally and internationally, before turning his hand to Dressage. He moved to Europe to train and then returned home to open his own stables.
​He has since gathered a number of accolades including competing at the World Equestrian Games in 2010 and winning over 30 individual Australian Championships across all levels. Elizabeth began her career as an Equine Nutritionist after graduating with a degree in Agricultural Science (with honours) from the University of Western Australia. Dr Olivia James
Dr Olivia James BVSc(hons) MANZCVS(Equine Dentistry) CMAVA DICEVO DAVDC is the Director of Australian Veterinary Equine Dentistry. Dr. Olivia sees both first opinion cases and performs all types of oral surgery. She is passionate about veterinary equine dentistry and believes that this discipline has advanced dramatically in recent times. She lectures and teaches veterinarians in this field, provides equine dentistry services to horses locally, as well as accepting referrals in the Australasia region. Olivia passed her Diplomate exams through the International College of Equine Veterinary Odontologists (ICEVO, based in Canada. She is also a Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College since 2022. Sue Gilliatt is a bit fitter and brand ambassador for Bomber Bits; she’s based in South Africa, and travels internationally regularly. Sue says that equine mouth inspections to aid bitting can be considered in the same way as having an equine lameness issue, and the vet working with the farrier, or a saddle fitter working with physio. Sue works with many elite riders, and has been heavily involved in the bitting of one of dressage rider Charlotte Dujardin’s rides, along with Chris Pearce, a leading UK Vet and EDT.
